Inside Atomik Labz · Checked

Atomik Labz reviewed: 28 points on documentation, catalog, fulfillment, support and terms

Assessing a research peptide supplier means looking at the materials, the evidence published for them, and the support available before and after an order. This review examines what Atomik Labz publishes on each of those fronts, checked on October 23 2026, and records the source for every point.

The 28 points below are grouped into quality and documentation, product selection, fulfillment and support, and purchasing terms. Where a point rests on a published document it carries a numbered reference and, where useful, a verbatim quotation; where it rests on the live catalog snapshot or on the supplier’s own description, that is stated.

Key findings

  1. Every Atomik Labz batch has a third-party Certificate of Analysis on its product page in the signed-in store; the COA guide shows reports from three named laboratories (Janoshik Analytical, ILS Laboratories, MDx BioAnalytical) and describes a QR code on every vial that opens the laboratory’s verification page.
  2. Published dispatch terms: orders before 2 PM EST, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day; UPS and FedEx are offered at checkout; a tracking number is emailed; US orders over $499 ship free.
  3. Shipping protection from $5.99 is added to every order by default, and the policy states Atomik Labz does not take responsibility for lost or damaged orders without it. Refunds may be requested within 30 days of ordering and carry a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Support is by phone, text and email, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM EST and Saturday 9 AM–3 PM EST, answered by agents who can look up orders.
  5. The live catalog snapshot of October 22 2026 lists 151 products (149 in stock) in ten categories, in lyophilized, atomized-solution, liquid, raw-powder and capsule formats.
  6. Rewards accrue at 1 point per $1 (20 points = $1) with 100-point welcome and birthday bonuses; referrals earn 200 and 100 points on a qualifying $100 first order within 60 days; paying in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash or Ethereum takes 5% off; the privacy policy states personally identifiable information is not sold.
  7. Pricing and COAs require a research account (age 21+, professional research use). Of the 28 points, 25 rest on published documents, two on the live catalog snapshot and one (sourcing standards) on the supplier’s own description.

01 · Points 1–7

Quality and documentation

Atomik Labz publishes a third-party Certificate of Analysis for every batch on the product page of its signed-in store, names the issuing laboratories, and prints a QR code on each vial that opens the laboratory’s verification page. Six of the seven points in this group rest on published documents; the sourcing-standards point rests on the supplier’s own description.

  1. 1 Sourcing standards

Atomik Labz states that it applies sourcing standards when selecting ingredients and research products. No published document is cited for this point; it rests on the supplier’s own description and should be read alongside the batch testing and documentation covered below.

  2. 2 Laboratory testing for every batch

Atomik Labz’s published FAQ states that every product is independently laboratory tested for purity, identity and potency, with a Certificate of Analysis for each batch on the product page. Batch-level testing gives a buyer analytical information specific to the lot under consideration rather than to the product line in general. 12

“Every product we sell is independently lab tested for purity, identity, and potency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for each batch and can be reviewed on the product page.”

  3. 3 Independent third-party testing

Testing is described as carried out by independent laboratories, and each report identifies the laboratory responsible. The COA guide shows example reports from three named laboratories: Janoshik Analytical, ILS Laboratories and MDx BioAnalytical. That separation adds an accountable party beyond the supplier’s own product descriptions. 1,12

“Every batch we sell has one, produced by an independent lab”

  4. 4 Certificates of Analysis available before purchase

Batch Certificates of Analysis are available on product pages in the signed-in store, so the tests performed and the reported results can be examined before an order is placed. Access requires a research account; the scorecard records the registration requirement as a watch item. 1

“One report per batch, not one certificate reused across a year of production, and you do not have to email anyone to see it.”

  5. 5 Documentation tied to the supplied batch

Atomik Labz’s product and documentation guide describes matching the product and lot number to its Certificate of Analysis and checking the laboratory identification and the tests the document actually reports. This connects the material supplied with its analytical record and gives buyers a basis for procurement records. 2

“Match the product and lot number to its Certificate of Analysis. Check the laboratory identification and the tests the document actually reports. An example report does not confirm the current batch.”

  6. 6 Verification through the testing laboratory

The COA guide states that every vial ships with a QR code that opens the issuing laboratory’s verification page, and that the batch number and verification key on the report are entered with the laboratory to confirm it is genuine. A report can therefore be checked with the laboratory that produced it rather than only with the supplier. 1

“Every vial ships with a QR code. Scanning it opens the testing lab’s own verification page rather than a document hosted by us, so you are checking the report against the lab that produced it.”

  7. 7 Guidance for reading analytical results

The COA guide walks through seven fields: identity, purity by HPLC against a specification, net content against the labelled amount, sterility, endotoxins in EU/mL, an ICP-MS heavy-metals panel (arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury, lead), and the batch number with its verification key. Milligram figures describe mass, not biological potency. The guide also states that Atomik Labz batches “average 99.8%” purity; that is the supplier’s own figure and was not verified by the panel. 1,2,3

“A COA for a different batch is a marketing document.”

Product selection and research focus

Atomik Labz labels its products for laboratory research use only, lists exact names, amounts and formats on public product guides, and keeps pricing, stock and batch documentation behind a research account that requires confirmation of age 21+ and professional research use. The live catalog snapshot of October 22 2026 lists 151 products in ten store categories.

  1. 8 Research-use-only positioning

Atomik Labz identifies its products as intended for laboratory research use only on each public guide, and the store requires confirmation of age 21+ and professional research use at registration. The privacy policy likewise states that the website, products and services are directed to people at least 21 years old. 11,6,10

“The store requires confirmation of age 21+ and professional research use.”

  2. 9 Specific product names and quantities

Atomik Labz’s product guides distinguish names, listed amounts and available configurations, with separate product pages per size, and blend names retain the order and amounts of their listed components. This reduces ambiguity when comparing products and ordering a particular material. 2

“BPC-157 10mg and BPC-157 20mg, for example, have separate pages so the selection is explicit.”

  3. 10 Catalog breadth

The live catalog snapshot taken on October 22 2026 lists 151 Atomik Labz products, 149 of them in stock, across ten store categories including single peptides, blends, bioregulators, aminos and vitamins, and research gear. The scorecard rates Atomik Labz 9.3 in Product Range, the broadest range of the three medalists. 13

  4. 11 Product formats

The same snapshot shows lyophilized peptides, atomized solution kits, liquids, raw powders and capsules. Each listing’s specifications and research-use-only designation, rather than the format alone, determine suitability for a given laboratory requirement. 13

  5. 12 Sizes and pack quantities

Selected Atomik Labz products are offered in more than one size and configuration; the product guide lists single vials, ten-vial packs and air dispersal kits as distinct selections. 2

“Single vials, ten-vial packs and air dispersal kits are distinct selections.”

  6. 13 Bulk and special orders

Atomik Labz’s shipping and returns policy invites bulk and special-order inquiries through customer support, so requirements beyond a standard listing can be discussed before purchase. 4

“Please contact us for bulk or special orders. Our friendly customer service staff will work with you to satisfy any special requests.”

  7. 14 Pricing and availability behind registration

Current pricing, stock information and batch documentation are shown together in Atomik Labz’s signed-in store; the public guides do not display live stock or prices. Pricing is therefore not visible to unregistered visitors. Peptide Olympics does not record or display prices. 2,12

“The store requires a research account. Confirm the current price, availability, selected product and batch documentation there before completing an order.”

Fulfillment and customer support

Atomik Labz publishes a 2 PM EST Monday–Friday same-business-day shipping cutoff, UPS and FedEx options at checkout, a tracking number by email, and support by phone, text and email on six days a week. The same shipping policy adds shipping protection from $5.99 to every order by default and states that Atomik Labz does not take responsibility for lost or damaged orders without it.

  1. 15 A published same-day shipping cutoff

Atomik Labz’s shipping policy offers same-business-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday; orders received later, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day. This is a published cutoff rather than a general speed claim. 4

“We offer same-business-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday–Friday. All orders received after 2pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.”

  2. 16 Packaging and shipping protection

Atomik Labz’s FAQ states that orders ship with full tracking and discreet packaging; no further detail on packing materials or temperature control is published. The shipping policy adds shipping protection, from $5.99, to every order at checkout by default: if a package is lost in transit the items are reshipped, stolen packages are not covered, and the policy states that Atomik Labz does not take responsibility for lost or damaged orders when protection is declined. 12,4

“We are no longer able to take responsibility for damages or lost orders unless shipping protection is purchased during the checkout process.”

  3. 17 Carrier choices at checkout

Atomik Labz shows the current shipping options on the cart checkout page; the policy lists UPS and FedEx. 4

“All of the most current shipping options are shown on the cart checkout page (UPS, FedEx).”

  4. 18 Shipment tracking

When an order ships, Atomik Labz’s systems send a “Package Shipped” email that includes a tracking number, allowing delivery progress to be followed and receipt coordinated with whoever handles incoming materials. 4

“When your order ships, our systems will automatically generate a “Package Shipped” email notification that will include a tracking number.”

  5. 19 Live customer service agents

Atomik Labz’s contact page describes order support answered by an agent who can look up the order, as distinct from help articles or automated replies, and asks customers to have the order number, exact product name and selected size ready. 5

“Phone, text, or email during posted hours, answered by an agent who can look up your order”

  6. 20 Support hours on six days

Atomik Labz posts support hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM EST. 5

    “Support hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm EST • Sat 9am–3pm EST”

  7. 21 Contact channels

Atomik Labz lists phone and text (844-727-1119) and email (orders@atomiklabz.com), and accepts questions on product selection, batch documentation and existing orders before and after purchase. The FAQ states that a shipment that is stuck, lost or damaged in transit is replaced after the support team is told by phone, text or email. 5,12

Purchasing terms and customer policies

Atomik Labz publishes the rules for its promotions, its rewards program (1 point per $1, 20 points = $1), its referral program (200 and 100 points on a qualifying $100 first order) and its affiliate program, offers free US shipping over $499, and states in its privacy policy that personally identifiable information is not sold. Refunds may be requested within 30 days and carry a 20% restocking fee.

  1. 22 Promotions with published eligibility

During the October 7–28, 2026 sale, 21 Atomik Labz product lines are two for one in listed formats, a 30% code applies to everything outside that list, and paying in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash or Ethereum takes a further 5% off the order. The guide states which offers combine and which exclude each other, so the actual cost of an order can be worked out. The scorecard nonetheless places Atomik Labz third in Pricing & Value, behind Solution Peptides on a per-milligram basis. 6

“Does not apply to 2 for 1 items — those already include a free second unit.”

  2. 23 Rewards program

Atomik Labz Rewards credits 1 point per $1 spent, with 20 points worth $1 off a future order, plus 100 points for creating an account and 100 on a birthday. Fixed rewards are $15 for 300 points, $30 for 600 and $50 for 1,000; points can also be applied in any amount, cover up to half of an order, and require $100 of products in the cart after discounts. 7

“every $1 you spend earns 1 point, and 20 points are worth $1 off a future order.”

  3. 24 Referral program

Atomik Labz’s referral program awards 200 points ($10) to the referring customer and 100 points ($5) to a new customer who orders $100 or more after discounts through the personal referral link within 60 days. Later orders from the same customer do not earn further referral points. 8

“Every new friend earns you another 200 points — three friends is 600 points, $30 off. Later orders from the same friend do not earn more.”

  4. 25 Affiliate program

Atomik Labz offers an affiliate program by application, separate from the customer loyalty and referral programs. The public guide does not publish a commission rate, payment schedule or guaranteed approval; those terms are provided through the application process. 9

“This guide does not publish a commission rate, payment schedule or guaranteed approval.”

  5. 26 Free shipping threshold

Atomik Labz offers free shipping on orders over $499 to US addresses, a threshold that mainly benefits larger supply orders; the policy notes that rates and options can change without notice. 4

“We at Atomik Labz offer FREE shipping on orders over $499 within the US.”

  6. 27 Payment data safeguards

Atomik Labz’s privacy policy states that sensitive payment information is transmitted over SSL, encrypted into the payment gateway provider’s database with access limited to authorised personnel, and not stored on Atomik Labz’s servers once a transaction is complete. The policy also states that the site uses cookies to remember shopping-cart items. 10

“All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database”

  7. 28 Personal information practices

Atomik Labz’s privacy policy states that personally identifiable information is not sold, traded or transferred to outside parties, with exceptions for service providers bound to confidentiality and for legal compliance; it adds that non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing. Unsubscribe instructions appear in each email and SMS messages stop on replying STOP. 10

“We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.”

05 · Summary

Assessment

Atomik Labz’s published materials cover the points a research buyer can reasonably check before ordering: batch-level certificates in the store, a route to verify them with the issuing laboratory, a published dispatch cutoff, posted support hours and channels, and written promotion, rewards, returns and privacy terms. Of the 28 points reviewed, 25 rest on a published document, two on the live catalog snapshot, and one (sourcing standards) on the supplier’s own description.

The limits are also clear. Certificates and pricing sit behind account registration, sourcing standards are described rather than documented, the buyer bears the risk of loss or damage unless shipping protection is kept at checkout, returns carry a 20% restocking fee, and list prices are not the lowest in the field. In the Peptide Olympics standings Atomik Labz holds the gold medal with 9.51 out of 10, 1st of three; it leads Purity & Testing (9.8), Product Range (9.3), Shipping & Fulfillment (9.6), Customer Support (9.7) and Reputation & Consistency (9.4) and places 3rd in Pricing & Value (8.9), behind Solution Peptides.

Atomik Labz labels all products for laboratory research use only and not for human consumption. Nothing in this review is medical, legal or purchasing advice.
